Gold Coast rain

It's a slow Sunday (Father's Day) start with gentle soft rain getting harder as the day went on. We went to the Race course farmers market. We then went to the Botanical Gardens and walked in the soft rain and saw lizards, ducks and birds. Then off to the Cararra fleas markets for more shopping. We had fish and chips (fries) at the North Burleigh Surf Club watching a few surfers in the rain. We need to pack for Airlie Beach so we came home for a rest and to do jobs. More great adventures tomorrow as we fly to Proserpine and then by shuttle bus 35 minutes away to Airlie Beach to go to the reef on Wednesday. That's it.
